This form is for all former members of Marine Helicopter Squadron 364 that served in Viet Nam between 1963 and 1966 while the squadron was operating with the UH4-Ds. This includes all support personal such as Flight Surgeons, Corpsmen, food service etc. This information will help us plan for the next reunion, or if we will have one. We are still trying to keep this as simple as possible, but this is the minimum information that we need to keep going. If you didn't attend the M-99 Reunion in Mesquite, NV. this past September, this is your opportunity to let us know what we can do to make it easier for you to attend the next one.
