| I am proud to say that Sacramentos own Johnathan Mumm has created a local Masterpiece telling the story of the Chupacabra a thought to be mythical Creature. I'm sure it will be out on video very soon so keep your eyes peeled. |
| I want to do something a little different this time now that i have finally updated my website. I would like to talk about the things that have been bothering me about what is going on with the World lately. I have worked for a large drug store compant for about 18 years. I recently left do to labor cutbacks and the fact that people and employees just don't care anymore.They seem preocupied with friends or situations that don't belong in the work place.It's frustrating to have to deal with people like that.But it is all too common.Business ask for more and more from it's people and now it's all coming out that they have been stealing from us all along.What has gotten into people? are all CEO's like Gordon Gekko in Wallstreet? it appears so. We were lead to believe that everything was fine and Companies were doing what they had to do to be successful going into the new millenium.When really they were picking our pockets. What about my rights as a worker? why can't I sue and get back money they embezzled? all those people who have lost their 401 ks who speakes for them. This is the beginning of the fleecing of corporations everywhere I hope. Pull back the covers and see what our companies are really doing to us. |
| There is another point I would like to make. Recently I had gone to the California State Fair with My friends Chuck , Gerry , Rick and myself . To ride the Rides ,you must purchase Tickets that are .75 cents each most of the Rides take 4 to 6 Tickets. All the Rides were great except the Dark Rides. You know go into the Haunted Mansion or into the Russian Circus etc. Well these Rides took 4 tickets. And we all said what the hell right!. It was so pathetic.We got into the car and went up the ramp only to see three Skeletons that did'nt even move.they were incased in plastic and look like leftovers from 1947. They are making thousands of dollars a day on this Ride and there is 3 Skeletons that don't move. You would think that they would of updated these rides for a smarter and newer Era. I just left the Fair feeling ripped off.So take my advice don't ride them or you will feel ripped off too.Then when they find they are losing money they will do something to update their Rides.Everyone is out to make a quik buck and they don't care about quality anymore. Other than that I had a blast at the State Fair. And their Corndogs are to die for.Maybe thats what happened to the Skeletons on the Dark Rides too many Corndogs. |
| IInternet Advertising- is it just me or are Internet companies like Yahoo and Aol jamming Advertising down our throats? I have a modest Computer that keeps me happy but with all the high graphics these companies post on every site you go to drives me nuts and slows down my system.And why does it take so long for a profile page to show up when your in Chat. There have been alot of bugs happening not to mention every Joker that has a boot code.Every time i turn around there is some Joker booting my friends or myself when we are having a decent chat.It gets quite annoying.Leave the Booting to the Professionals. |
| Baseball Strikes- What the hell are they doing to the wild world of sports? these guys are making so much money as it is and now they want more.Greed again. How much is too much.People should just stop going to sporting events. It's all about the money.I would rather stay at home and watch TV. It's too expensive to go after all the Food & Beer Peanuts etc.Eat before you go or go somewhere local where there are street Musicians go for the value. |
