AGM-114B Hellfire Missile

The Hellfire was proven during the Gulf War. It is a laser guided air-to-ground missile launched from the AH-1W helicopter.The Hellfire missile is designed to attack and destroy hard point targets such as tanks, armored personal carriers, and bunkers. These targets are illuminated by laser designators either on the ground or aboard another aircraft.Hellfire is stored and delivered to the fleet as an All-UP-Round (AUR) missile.
