AGM-119B (Penguin) guided missile

The AGM-119B is a helicopter-launched rolling airframe missile which has been modified for gravity drop launch at low speeds altitudes. It is the first helicopter-launched, air-to-surface, anti-ship missile system in the U.S. Navy inventory. The missile is a short-to-medium range inertial guided air-to-surface missile with Infrared (IR) terminal homing and operates at the high end of the subsonic speed range. The Penguin is integrated with the SH-60B LAMPS MK III Helicopter.
