I put this page together in order to record my experience in Vietnam.
If you've been to Nam, then this may re-kindle some memories, hopefully good ones. If you haven't been there, then hopefully it will be some interesting reading.
Although all the incidents recorded here are true, its been 30 years since I experienced them, and the sequence of events or locations may be off a little.
As time goes on I should end up with 5 Chapters, more or less, the last chapter being my return to the states.
CHAPTER - 1 "GETTING THERE IS HALF THE FUN"
CHAPTER - 2 "OREINTATION"
CHAPTER - 3 "FIRST CONVOY"
CHAPTER - 4 "TRUCKING IN GENERAL"
Listed below is a quick bio on myself, to include my old Army units.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I would like to thank Dr. Ralph Grambo, Webmaster for Army Transportation Association Vietnam (ATAV), for his incouragement and assistance in putting my memories of Vietnam into text and on the Internet.
I would also like to thank Joseph Wilson, Webmaster for The Association of US Transporters in Thailand, whose own story of his tour in Vietnam, rekindled my memories of Vietnam and gave me a starting block for my story.
Both of these gentlemen are Vietnam veterans, and have excellent Web sites which contain a large amount of information on air, land & sea transportation units in vietnam which include; storys, pictures, unit history, and links to other interesting sites.
Don't forget to sign my guestbook below if you can relate to any of my old units, or just want to say Hi.
