Thank you for stopping by. Unfortunately, I have elected to allow this site to become static at this point in time for various reasons, but I still believe that it can be of use, especially to new collectors. I do wish you luck with your collecting and hope that it brings you much joy. Regards.
Welcome to my site, which is dedicated to the collection of Curio & Relic Firearms (as defined by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, & Firearms). Within you will find ideas and methodologies of collecting such firearms, as well as be afforded the opportunity to glance at several of the collections that I have going right now. Such information as how to legally obtain a Federal Firearms License for Curio & Relic Collecting (Class 03 or C&R FFL as we collectors call it) and where you can legally mail-order firearms & accessories from is also found on my Links section as well as within the pages themselves. This is all for the benefit of those individuals that are interested in building a personal collection of historical firearms for their pleasure and the benefit of others, not for those just interested in stockpiling meaningless weapons or interested in illegal activities.
One thing that I do wish to mention right now is that safety is paramount in this hobby. Please ensure that whenever you are around these firearms, please exercise common sense and caution. Often times you will come across someone selling one of these old warhorses that may have just found it in the closet or in a drawer and didn't think to open it up and clear the chamber first; don't be the one to pull the trigger and find it out the hard way! Also, many of these weapons have changed hands at one point in time and MAY NOT be in their original chambering; others may be of a hard-to-find caliber and thus look tempting to 'try something else' in their chamber. Before you pull the trigger on one of these questionable firearms, consult your gunsmith first to ensure that you don't reduce the weapon to rubble and re-arrange your own body parts. Your collection also needs to be kept secured and away from the eyes and hands of inquisitive children AND adults when you are not present. Safety, Security, Sanity! I can't stress it enough.
The information contained within is for your recreational use only and is subject to be changed once more information is discovered. Along with the various methodologies of collecting and examples of collection goals to help guide you on your way, you will find my collection pages on the M1895 Nagant Revolver (to include the M1895 Survey and the M1895 Forum), the M91/30 Mosin Nagant, the Ishapore Enfields, the Finnish Mosins and even my page on M1 Garand Loading Clips. Therefore, I urge you to check back often as well as to drop me a line if you see something that is questionable or you would like to see added. Now for you to sit back and enjoy the site.
