William Lewis Powell, Born May 2, 1937, Death February 19, 1998. I'm proud to Love and have known this man.  I've never known a man so true to his word, so brave, so caring for all. He was proud to have served his country and volunteered every time his country was in need. I would write more but words can't describe this Man of men.
