The correspondence course on medical regulating is helpful as well as the Landing Force Medical Staff Planning Course. The correspondence course can be obtained from the main page of this site under training or in the S-3 section of this website.
Understanding Logistics Doctrine is also helpful in maximizing your effectiveness. The Operations section has links to doctrine sites. I reccomend learning USMC Logistics doctrine and the Joint doctrine on 2010.
