Copyright Policy

© All Rights Reserved. You've seen this all over the net, have you ever wondered what it means?

On this site, and every site you visit, the basic rules are the same: While you are often free to download and save a copy of any of these pages for your own personal reference, you may not reproduce any of these copyrighted materials on your own computer or for distribution to any other person. Neither may you transmit, publish, modify, create derivative works from or in any way exploit any of the copyrighted material.

To do so, except as otherwise provided above, violates International copyright laws and is subject to potential civil and criminal penalties.
So what about all the "free" stuff on the net... Well, we can only speak for this site, and use it as an example.

Only the specific graphics that are designated as "free"  can be right-clicked and saved for later use - under limited circumstances. Here are our rules.
  1. The graphics and content at Warlocks CyberSpace are NOT PUBLIC DOMAIN materials - they are the Copyright © protected property of their creators in conjunction with Jabaroo Productions.

  2.
  3. The courtesy graphics - those which have been specifically designated as "free" - may be used without charge to create personal Web pages. In exchange, Jabaroo Productions must be credited for the designs, by using the logo to provide an acknowledging link from the URL at which our graphics appear. All of the coordinated sets include coordinated linking logos for you to create the requisite link without disturbing the final look of your site.

  4. We also ask that you contact us so that we, too, can enjoy your work.

  5. None of the materials - graphics or textual content - at Warlocks CyberSpace may be redistributed. This means you cannot offer them as part of a collection, free or otherwise, from your homepage or graphics site. Nor may they be sold on any media, altered, or used on a commercial site.

  6.
  7. If you would like to use any of our materials for commerce, business, or the making of Web pages for profit - including homepages, there is a minimal license fee for this. We will even 'retire' a design for you if you'd like to purchase exclusive rights to that ensemble.
We welcome any questions you may have about this copyright are welcomed. If you'd like to explore this issue further, we suggest GreyDay or the Australian and U.S. and International Copyright Offices.
