Dear Competitor, October It's time to build Targets. We know how picky shooters can be when it comes to a "clean face". Expect to meet on Oct 21 at 1700 for a QUICK meeting to divy up the work schedule so we can make this a memorable match for our shooters. Target building - All members available: Oct 24, 0730 at the range house. Oct 30, 0730 at the range house. Please let me know if you can be there!! November The Match is sneaking up on us real quick like. It's practice time for the 29 Palms Team! We need to lie down on the long line and put 'em down the middle. I'd also like to set up some training for the range personnel for running the match on Nov 6th at 1500 at the range house. As it stands, I'll be on the line with the horn and you'll all have to listen to my obnoxious voice while I shout those commands. I also need someone to get a handle on the number of target pullers we may have and their names and phone numbers where they can be reached. They must be dedicated to be out there. Remember the priority. Range personnel, Club members and their family, Marines and civilians. This schedule may change. I will publish changes as they occur. The skeet range is now open. The schedule provided by the skeet committee indicated that the skeet range would be open Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 - 12:00. The price is right and those skeet are a bit of a challenge.
