This cowboy is sprawled out over two seats in a movie theater when an usher notices him, and says "Sir, you are only allowed one seat due to large crowds we get. You will have to move into only one seat."

The cowboys looks up at the usher, groans, but says nothing. The usher realizing the cowboy is drunk says, "Sir, if you are not going to sit in one seat I will have to get the manager and he will escort you out of our establishment." Still the cowboys stays put, with no response other than a groan.

When the usher brings the manager, the manager tells the man the theater policy, but he too gets no reaction. The manager says "Sir, I'll need your name and where you're from for our records and then you will have to leave."

The cowboy again groans and says, "the name is John Smith, and I'm from the balcony."
