Taps has sounded for each of these men. I had the privilege to know each of them personally, the last entry is my husband. They were an inspiration to me, each with their own brand of courage, their own stories, their own part in the freedom that we enjoy today. We owe a great debt of gratitude to them and those like them. As they now face the east, let us remember them and their sacrifices.
