academies (Airman, NCO and Officer) -Would spread the training over a two week span -More leadership activities and less classroom time -Train the Officers first (would be learning how to organize and plan) -Then bring in the NCO's and train them - Finally bring the airman in to complete the training process |

Discussed that each phase three cadet must complete an ECI 13 course or attend a Region Leadership School to earn phase IV certification. New Enlisted Insignia will be available in June. (CAP news) |
