Hi I'm Pegasus612.
A little about myself. My name is Paul. I recently retired from the Army and am living back in my home state of Connecticut. I was blessed during the 21 years of service to have had several great assignments which include the following states; CA, CO, HI, IN, KS, MO, NC, SC, TX, UT, as well as a brief visit to Korea.
Living and traveling to 48 of the 50 states has given me the opportunity to sample foods from just about every culture and ethnic group that we are blessed to have in our country.

I will be adding recipes periodically when I find that I must share with my family and friends. I have provided a page with recipes of the South Pacific and another page with some of my favorite mainland recipes. Finally there is a guest book at the very bottom of the page for you to sign in and say hello.
