Hi I'm Chris Damour (damourc@geocities.com).
One of the things that I am interested in is playing historical miniatures. Remember those little toy soldiers that you had as a child? Well, some of us kept 'em!
Or, try The NASAMW Homepage for information on the North American Society of Ancient and Medieval Wargamers. We are interested in promoting the hobby of gaming the time period of about 2000 BC to 1500 AD.
Another organization dedicated to the promotion of the history and militaries of this time period is the Society of Ancients (SOA). They are based in the United Kingdom, but have members world wide.
Another good site for information on an Ancients rule set called DBM is Nik Gaukroger's Homepage. Hrmmnnn... I have to find Nik's new page URL...
Kevin Hoyle also has a website that is worth looking at.
If you are in the Washington DC area, and are interested in playing ancients, get in contact with Alan Spencer. His webpage is located here, and includes his email address and a phone number with contact times at the bottom of the page. Alan is the Regional Coordinator for the Virginia region of NASAMW and has a link for regional news here.
Please check out my office's homepage Fort Gordon Environmental/Natural Resources Management Office. Please come back soon and visit me.
I will be adding to this page over time.
