Rodney and Jessica found out they were going to have a baby Sunday, Aug. 26. It was confirmed by a doctor's office the following day and on Friday, Aug. 31, an ultrasound was done to get an estimated due date. According to the ultrasound, this embryo is 5 weeks, 4 days old and will be delivered April 30. At the time of this ultrsound, the gestational sac (GS) is 14 millimeters long, about the size of a lima bean. The baby doesn't have an umbillical cord, yet, and won't until the 11th week. Instead, it feeds off an egg yolk. |
