All over the world people are breeding fancy cavy varieties and many of these will have pedigrees to show the specific lineage of the animal. This page of links is designed to showcase international cavy breeders who are developing these fancy varieties.
Some breeds may be known by different names around the world e.g. our "rex" = "teddies" in some places; our "shelties" = "silkies" in some places, our "English" (selfs) = "Americans" and so on. Please make allowances for these local differences.
