  • Tieltown is the Cockatiel Bulletin Board at upatsix. It's a great place to ask questions and hear stories about 'tiels.

  • Tales from Tieltown is a growing collection of stories based on events and characters from the Tieltown BB. I'm known there as "Ravishing Romana" ;-)

  • The National Cockatiel Society has a new website. It includes information on purchasing, caring for and breeding 'tiels, and it's own real time chat and message board. They've recently added a page of recipies for birdie goodies.

  • The American Cockatiel Society has information on cockatiels and how to care for them, and membership info.

  • The North American Cockatiel Society is Cindy Kiesewetter's new site. It has lots of articles and information on cockatiel care and genetics, the pet cockatiel of the month contest, and other neat stuff.

  • The Cockatiel Cabin has lots of info including stuff on health, housing and care issues, and a lot of bird links.

  • The Cockatiel Circle Webring is a group of 'tiel related websites which you can visit either by choosing them from the list of sites, by choosing a random site on the ring, or folowing the links on each page to the next site until you reach the page you started on.

  • Pet Bird is the main page of the upatsix site. This site includes a veritable plethora of information and resources for the bird enthusiast. They also have a wide variety of bird chats including bulletin board chats specific to many species and a real time chat

  • Beakers Parrot Society is a wonderful site with lots of parrot information.

  • Bird n Ways has lots of bird information, articles, and links including commercial sites.
  • We're Parrots Too! is a informative page specializing in small parrots such as budgies, cockatiels, parrotlets, lovebirds, and quakers.
  • Heavenly Feathers is a great site with lots of bird related links.

  • Jing's Pet Human Report Advice for parrots on understanding and properly training their humans. Jing Hallinder is a Timneh African Grey parrot and a Human Behavioral Consultant and featured columnist for the Grey Play Round Table newsletter.

  • The Bird Hotline works to reunite lost birds with their families. There are lists of lost and found birds (to which you can add) and a list of birds that have found their way home. They also have heartwarming Bird Stories and a Bird HelpLine and Vet Talk.
  • The Online Book of Parrots is a great reference to find out about different bird species and see what they look like.

  • The Complete Lexicon of Parrots has a searchable online version.

  • The Parrot Page Is a growing site which you can help build. Add a link to your page, or post your bird's picture on the web.
