Happy 15th BirdDay Romana!
Hello! My name is Romana, and I hatched 15 years ago on May 3, 1984. About six months later a nice family came to visit the breeder who raised me, and I landed on them and begged for skritches, so they took me home and have kept me ever since.
In honor of my birthday, Magda has put up some photos taken when I was less than a year old.
Here I'm getting a head skratch from my mom (who is also Magda's mother).
And here I am opening a present on my first Christmas.
I love being misted with warm water. Can you tell I'm enjoying my shower?

Here I am preening Magda's hair for her. She refers to this as "Hair by Romana".
Just to show you how well I've aged, here's a picture taken last year. Don't I still look lovely? My vet says I look better than many 'tiels 1/5 my age. Is it any wonder I enjoy admiring my reflection?
