Yes we just adopted a 1 yr old from a shelter, I've wanted one for a long time, she is wonderful with my 2 boys, 12 & 7, very affectionate & very gentle. I wish more people would take time to get to know the breed instead of judging so harshly. I will fo ever be a Pitbull lover.

Loved your site! We have two,one is A male fawn red nose his name is "BLUE" and he is double papered. The other is a male blue/fawn red nose,his name is "ROCK", and we are working on his papers now. For anybody working against this breed I would say spend the money on a good pitty,raise it with the same love you show your other family members then make your decision.If that small efort is so much that you would rather kill off a whole breed, then F*@ you and get ready for a fight!

In the state of Maryland...Prince George's county where i live, they have banned Pittbulls born after Sep. of '97... and if you are found with one that is after that date, you will be fined and the Pittbull will be destroyed....which i don't think is fair because of some unfortunate incidents that have happened when Pittbulls have attacked people.... these are the most wonderful and loyal dogs there are.... I had a Pittbull, but somebody poisoned him... his name was "SHAFT" ever since then i have never tri d to obtain another one.... even though it is illegal so to speak.... i think that it is a great idea for you to have opened up a web-page like this one.... thank you so much... We recently rescued a 7 month old pup from the Human Society. We were told he was part Rottweiller and part German Shepherd. We have noticed trends of pitbull terriers developing in his face and are also considering a possibility that he has part Lab in him as he has webbed feet. Thank you for the wonderful pictures of your dogs. I can now tell that my dog is almost certainly part pitbull.
