Beware Flea Control Products Sold in Retail Stores!!!

August 20, 2000 - It is with a sad and heavy heart that I have to tell you that Tiki is gone now.

Tiki died after licking some retail flea control product, Hartz Control Once a Month Flea and Tick Treatment, off the fur of our dog. These "one-spot" products are extremely dangerous, and very poorly labeled by the companies that make them. For more info see here or do a search on permethrin (the active ingredient) before you use these products.
