  •  Chameleons can turn its eyes round 360 degrees.
  •  It is hard to spot a chameleon until it moves. The colour of its skin changes to fit in with the colour of its surroundings.
  •  There are about 85 species of chameleon.
  •  Chameleons are closely related to iguanas
  • The chameleon can shoot out its coiled tongue further than the length of its own body to catch its prey.
