Blackfooted Ferrets- highly endangerd and very shy, these bandits of the prairie are close to being extinct. Martens- Solitary and tree-dwelling, these catlike creatures are adorable as well. Weasels- cursed by a bad reputatioin, these misunderstood creatures are found in various regions around the world. Otters - the playful clowns of the water are highly intelligent. Raccoons-the nightly thiefs let their curiosity get them into trouble. Skunks-  there is more to these critters than Pepe Le Pew. Badgers-  highly protective and fierce.  They are feared by many larger carnivores. Minks-  cunningly seductive.  They are well adapted for any climate.

Wolverines-  quite possibly the world's most feared mammal.

Mongoose-  intelligent and have an appetite for snakes, especially poisenous ones.

Meerkats-  Very socialable and fascinating, they dwell on harsh unforgiving plains.
