These three photos show the tree trimming crew in action:

One of the crew climbs a tree to secure a rope to a tree about to be felled.

A Bobcat was used to move larger sections of log  off the site.

The crew used a large shredder to chip the branches onsite.

The next five pics show the excavation crews handiwork:

The trimmers left the stumps in the ground for the excavators to remove.

The drainfield for our septic system is on the very rear of our lot.

One evening all we had was a hole where the septic system connects to the basement. The next day, our entire foundation was dug.

Here we are checking out our freshly dug basement.
