Bill - My long suffering other half. Bill is a Site Manager with a Midlands based construction company. He is known for saying "Enough is enough" but relents to avoid incessant whingeing. Bill loves all the resident rodents but gets very annoyed when their noise disturbs him while he's watching Babylon 5 and Top Gear.

Update (05/10/98) The new cavies were a bit of a shock, especially after my promises of no more animals. Bill was extremely annoyed with me and didn't speak to me for hours. He has relented slightly and the Cavyboyz may have a cage of their own for Christmas.

Jackie - Me, the out-numbered one. Fat with ginger hair. I first got into rats when with a cat litter buying friend at her local pet shop. While she chose between 3 brands, I'd bought the rat, Pubpsy, and all his paraphernalia. Pubpsy was my baby, a renowned traveller we covered many miles together over his 2.66 years. I'm a member of the National Fancy Rat Society (NFRS) and 3 local Cavy Clubs. I enjoy showing and try to get to as many shows as posssible. We're doing quite well - Hoody was judged Best Pet at the NFRS Cleveland Show with Rex his second and Tudor and Heinz came 3rd and 2nd in their classes at their very first shows.

Update (05/10/98) Hoody has won Best Pet again, this time at the NFRS Norwich Show. I am now stewarding at shows and can safely handle most small pets including rabbits, hamsters and small snakes. I have been asked to run an information point at local cavy shows and am surfing the net looking for copyable resources on pet animals, their care and welfare.

We both enjoy watching the TV, especially sci-fi and DIY programs. We also watch any wrestling programs and often stay up to watch US ppv events.
