SAMSON
Samson had been tied to a fence with no shelter for at least a month. He is VERY sweet and loves being cuddled.
He was first diagnosed with rickets.
After one week and little improvement, Samson returned to the vet. His legs were placed in splints which must be changed twice a week.
The vet recommended a foster home for Samson.
Samson needs a foster home with someone who can be home with him most of the time. The humane society will pay all vet bills and buy food for Samson. If you are interested in fostering Samson please call Peggy at 532-4300. He is about 4-5 months old as of March 3rd.
UPDATE MARCH 7 - Samson is improving since the vet put his legs in splints. He may need surgery in the future, we just can't predict if he will fully recover without surgery. If you want to adopt Samson, and have the means to pay for surgery should he need it, please fill out the adoption application.
