Have you ever wondered the reason(s) for our existence? Somehow we were put here on this earth. Why? To destroy it? To develop it? To populate it? To invade the natural habitat of the animals? Which know how to use the land and at the same time to serve it. But we say we are doing what we do to make the "world" a better place. In whose eyes? Ours?
If you just stay in one spot and look around, you see people struggling just to feed themselves, while others are "enjoying" life. But by whose standards? Yours? Mine? They are moving around, doing business, doing chores, exercising, going to gyms because they are told if you exercise you live longer and stay healthier. Why? To see what the future holds? Are you really sure you want to see the future, given our current situation and actions?
What's up with relationships? They can be so great yet so complicated. One person believes the other is thinking one thing while the other is probably thinking the same thing or in some cases something completely different. So one decides to make the first move and everything blossoms from there or it can be a horribly memorable experience. Why do we go through it then? Are we destin for pain? Programmed to be with others? Or is there something deep down driving us to it? Some people are perfectly content being by themselves, or so they say, while others do everything in their power to be with someone else.
Then they have children and the cycle/process begins again. You must find a place to live, food to eat, a job and everything else.
Why do you think there are so many diseases around? To control the human population? To wipe out those not strong enough to carry on the species? To show that there is some being out there that wants to flex its muscles?
We say that we are an intelligent species, what fact is this statement based on? The fact that we can speak, voice our opinions, build mansions, carry on a business. Stop fooling yourself, all living creatures can do these things, but in their own way and to meet their needs. Some are even more intelligent than us, but don't say that too loud some people may get offended. They feel that no one or no animal is smarter than them.
Why do we have children? To have replicas of ourselves carrying on our name? To help strengthen and carry on the species? To feel that we have made a contribution to society? Then we leave them and they have to fend for themselves.
What really is the meaning of life?
