Testimonials:

"Having recently lost my beloved animal companion, I recognized my vulnerability to a pet communicator. Consequently, I was skeptical. Cathy was astonishing! Her insights were clear, meaningful and very comforting. She has also helped me deal with issues regarding the pets who are still physically with me. I'm very grateful to Cathy Steiner."
Kathleen Vujcic, CO

"We have used Cathy Steiner several times for communication sessions with our animals
(2 cats and a dog) and have found her sessions more useful than most of the other communicators and psychics we have used in the past. She has given us specific, detailed information on our pets that helped us understand what is going on with them. She is particularly good at assisting with medical issues—she helped us figure out what was going on when one of our cats was sick and gave us some useful suggestions that resulted in our cat getting well. So I have referred friends to her and would recommend her highly to anyone who wants some assistance with any issues going on with their animals."

We had a sweet blue parakeet, Dookter, who died suddenly and unexpectedly. I called Cathy and she said she would try to contact him and talk with him for me. She said the first thing she saw was Dookter flying free and full of joy. He said he hadn't been sick or suffering, it was just time for him to go. She said he would like to be buried in the yard. In the meantime, I had already done that.  It was very comforting to me to know that he was happy. My last memory of him, whenever I think of him, is that of him flying high, joyfully, and free--the image Cathy described was so vivid and rang so true. Instead of my remembering him as I found him dead.  I have used Cathy on several other occasions and always find her communications helpful and enlightening.

Our Shar Pei, Bennie, had lost half of his body weight, and he had sores all over his body that would not heal. We didn't want to put him down because he was a favorite pet. I asked Cathy to do a reading to see if it was time. She told us that Bennie wanted to be "worshipped" and "adored," and that it was OK with him to put him down. As the result of the reading, we treated Bennie like a king the last few days of his life. His passing was very peaceful.
I appreciated knowing that Bennie was ready to go, and it lessened our guilt.

Stories:

The following stories describe communications Cathy has had with many types of animals:

In December 2002, the Magellan penguins at the San Francisco Zoo began swimming around their pool non-stop. By mid-January, their caretakers were concerned by their behavior and because they were not eating. On January 18, Cathy asked the penguins why they were swimming. They responded that they were reconnecting with their true wild spirit. They said they would swim until about the next full moon or a month's time span. The penguins did complete their "migration" around February 14th. The full moon occurred on February 16.

A woman in Colorado asked Cathy if she could help her to understand why her horse did not like fly spray. Cathy asked the horse, who replied that he had an instinctual fear of the sound the spray bottle makes. He would try not to shy away from the spray but it was really difficult. In time he got more used to the spray and was glad for the relief it brought.

A mother in California called for assistance in finding her son’s snake who had gotten out of his tank in her son’s room. She was concerned that the snake would never be found and her son was heartbroken. Cathy asked the snake about his disappearance. The snake said he was close by and showed Cathy a dark space in the bathroom. He said not to worry, he would come out when he was ready. Several days later, the woman was elated to report that the snake had reappeared in the bathroom.

A cat was vomiting his food after eating. His person called Cathy for a consultation. The cat told Cathy that he ate dry food and he ate it so fast that it swelled in his stomach and he had to vomit. Cathy suggested that his person put water on his food. This solution greatly reduced the vomiting and the cat enjoyed his meals.

A gecko was not eating or drinking after an inter-state move. The gecko's caretaker was afraid to handle her, not wanting to disturb her if she was ill. Cathy asked the gecko what she needed. She said that the move had made her very cold and scared. She needed to reconnect with life force to survive. Her caretaker held her and gave her water from the tip of her finger. The gecko became more active and began eating again.
