Despite all their complaining and whinging, the boys had a good first day of school. Odin and I had a good day too. We went to our favorite place for breakfast. We had Greek omlettes and then went "junking." We didn't find any treasures, but we did have fun. It was nice to have a conversation and not be interrupted by arguing or fighting or requests for some dire necessity like chewing gum or a new car.

Odin is off of work today so I imagine we'll do some stuff around the house. I want to plant some more mums in the front yard. I'm hoping that by planting lotsa fall flowers that will speed things up a bit.
