Well the daffodils are blooming so Spring must be close by. I hope so anyway. This winter has seemed very long and very very cold.
News from here: Our friend and neighbor Jennifer invited to Salem Baptist Church, so we went for this morning's service. What a lovely church and wonderful congregation! They were all so nice and welcoming.
When we got home I had a nice chat with my Mom while the boys played. Things are settling down now for dinner and then bath/bedtime. Tomorrow it's back to school for them and volunteering for me. I have been trying to get over to the library more often. Last week I finally logged enough hours to earn my permanent volunteer badge. I am so proud.
Tomorrow I've also got to get a package in the mail. I bought some darling little pink clothes for my niece who is due to make her entrance into the world in just about three weeks. Finally a little girl in the family! I have been going crazy buying pink stuff!
Odin is back in Okinawa after a couple of weeks in Korea. I think he's headed back in the next few days. He's very busy at his new command. We are looking forward to June when he will be in Quantico, VA for school. He plans to take some leave then and spend some time at home.
TTFN,
