Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

Yesterday was a very special and exciting day for me!

I was saved during the worship service at Salem Baptist Church. I have found a wonderful home at this church. Everyone there has been so kind and welcoming. The boys are warming up slowly to the idea of church. They attended Bible study while I was in the Newcomer's Class. Sunday evening I went back for prayer group and women's Bible study. I am looking forward to growing in the church and developing a close relationship with Christ Jesus.

In other news, it is COLD this morning! Our fence blew down again, but this time in the opposite direction. Erik and I have secured it once again as it is still too wet to repair it properly. It's bright and sunny now so I am hopeful that the yard will continue to dry out. It's quite mucky out there.

This is the last week of school for the boys before their Spring Break. This morning Kyle said that "actually" their vacation should begin on Thursday as that is truly the first day of Spring, "According" to his calendar. He wasn't too happy to learn that the school has their own calendar and THEY say it starts on Friday. LOL

Today is my library day. I always look forward to that. It's a pretty menial job, just reshelving books, but it's a nice quiet time for me. Sometimes I get to hear Kindergarten story time. That's always fun. Last week it was Beatrix Potter's Benjamin Bunny. That's one of my favorites!

I'd better go for now. Chores and laundry await.
