Happy Monday.  Odin went to sea today.  He will be home toward the end of the week.  Kind of nice-- I know that sounds bad.  Too much togetherness gets on my nerves. 

We just finished dinner.  We made breakfast dinner.  Nice on a rainy night.  It's been raining nearly all weekend.  Supposed to let up by mid-week.  They say we may get some snow mixed with the rain, but the ground is too warm for it to stick.  I'm torn about the snow.  I like the idea of snow, but the reality of living with it will be something all together different I am sure.  God knows I won't be driving in it.  Thank Heaven for the school bus service.

Tomorrow is Erik's Winter Performance with the school band.  Kyle and I are looking forward to going.  Odin will miss it.  The theater at Erik's school is spectacular!  The school was built in the early 1920's and it reflects the Art Deco style.  I hope that they keep it as is when the rest of the school is refurb'd.

My friend Theresa called me today.  Hadn't talked to her in a long time.  Was nice to hear from her, but toward the end of the conversation I remembered why I'd been avoiding her.  Mean I know...

We finally got all the outside Christmas decorations up. I'm hoping for a break in the weather so that I can get a couple of nice photos.

Guess that's all for this time.  Gotta get Kyle in the bath in a few minutes.
