Happy Monday!  Back to school for the boys today.  They had quite a full weekend.  We're getting the new heating system installed today.  We will still have the radiators, or as Kyle calls them, raidyheaters.  The new system is for the central heat/air that we have on the second floor.  This house, while old and loveable is a mishmosh.  Things added or modified in what seems like a willy nilly kind of way.

My whole life I've wanted to live in a big Victorian house.  I had dreams of making it just so and living this idyllic life.  Now that I've lived in one, I'm kind of rethinking that idea.  Don't get me wrong, it is a beautiful and wonderful old house, but it needs a TON of work.  I think that even in the best of circumstances,  an old house is a money pit.  The house next door to us is like the money Grand Canyon.  But that's a whole 'nother post.
