Hart Farms Splash has a lot of drive which you can see by this picture.  His style of hunting, is to bay just briefly then grab his adversary.  He has taken several hits, but doesn't give up.  His mother is Windsong Tracy who has her Bronze Medallion and his father is Fox Island Crush who has his NHC to groundhog and raccoon.  I look forward to crossing Splash on my Willie lines.

This is a series of photos where a Hart Farms Isaac son, Hart Farms Elijah, was in Kansas working his first raccoon.  This terrier had worked several Groundhogs in 2002 locating several that were dug in.  He then earned his NHC to opossum during Thanksgiving, 2002.  This opossum was the biggest I had ever seen.  Eli
broke this opossum's jaw, and in this photo, Eli ripped the top teeth loose of this coon and in all hunting occasions, he has only taken a couple minor hits!  This is one awesome hunting terrier!  He earned his BRONZE MEDALLION on this dig!

Me tailing the coon trying to break him loose from the jaws of Hart Farms Elijah.
Elijah has released the coon and I am trying to safetly bring the coon  out to snare him.
Before we could get the coon out and snared, Elijah exited the entrance and was on that coon in a heartbeat
We've gotten Elijah off the coon and I am now trying to shake him down so we can get a snare on him.
I've gotten the coon on the ground, Stephanie Poppi has a foot on him and trying to get  him snared.
Stephanie has him lightly snared, trying not to injure him any more than the dog already has.
The coon is getting loose, so Mary Beth Masi grabs him by the tail to try and get control of  him, so we can check him for his injuries.
But we just can't contain this whopper any longer,  so we are giving Elijah one last look before he finally got away.

This is Hart Farms Gracie in the ground under a large tree beside a creek, where she just bolted a raccoon.  She is the daughter of Hart Farms Splash (pictured above) and Button Top Gracie (featured on page 1 of Current  Working Terriers).  She is also a 1/2 sister to Hart Farms Isaac.  She can not help but be good in the ground!  She earned her NHC to groundhog at 9 months of age.
