Here is a picture of our 30 Gallon reef tank. This tank is a plexi glass hexigon style tank. This tank is running on a penguin 170 system. We wanted to see how well the live rock that's in it could filter the system with very little assistance from any other filteration source. So far we see that it holds up very well.
This is a picture of the corals that we currently have living in this tank.......
Here you see our Striped mushroom, as well as two of the Atlantic anemones. We have a minimal amount of light in this tank to be able to establish many other types of corals. We are expirementing with our lights, using only 2 power glow lights to light this tank. Amazingly it give a large amount of light.
This mushroom came from the 40 gal tank...
As you can see it is doing very well
