Weatherby has been a joy to show. We truly believe some dogs are born to show and this one certainly fits that statement. Weatherby started his show career off with a bang by getting a three point major and Best of Winners under Judge Harry Smith in Louisville, KY at ten months of age. He continued that summer to collect Best of Opposite in Sweeps at North Country Gordon Setter Club of MN and at the Great Lakes Specialty in WI. He finished his championship in July 1998 at fourteen months of age with three back-to-back four-point majors. He is currently shown at select specialties and shows. He has one leg towards his junior hunting title and is currently working in agility. He has been certified OFA Hips - Excellent, CERF - Normal and Thyroid - Normal. He is available at stud to approved bitches. |
