I am IPAYU(AKA) Kathy. I live in northeastern Pennsylvania with my husband and our dog Ladybug. I was a Payroll Coordinator. IPAYU, get it? I knew you would.

I grew up in northwestern New Jersey. I know, I've heard all the jokes about N.J. Vernon is a rural town. Many lakes, beautiful mountains, farms and two ski areas. Not exactly the image you see from the Turnpike.

After high school I went to SUNY Delhi to become a Veterinary Technician. I have always been an animal lover, dogs,cats, a rabbit and a horse. After college I became the manager of the North Country SPCA in the Adirondack Mountains of N.Y. I also worked for a Vet but gave up on that career. Actually I found out I was allergic to horses, cats, goats and cows. Great career choice! Oh well, I'm still an animal lover but now I stick to dogs and donate to my local SPCA.

I also love classic rock, oldies music (my husband thinks I was born 10 years too late) and NASCAR racing. Our home track is Pocono where twice each year we and thirteen friends fly flags for seven different drivers. Our tailgate looks like the United Nations. But you'll never find a number 2, E.J. would never allow it.

My favorite sport is football. We are diehard NY Giant fans. Most Sunday home games you can find us in 16E at Giants Stadium. Drop by if you're hungry or thirsty. Of course if you're not a Giants fan we're in 12A.
