My Best Friends Past and Present

What would a web site be without photos of your animals. Here are some of the wonderful animals that have shared my life. All are gone now except Ladybug but are lovingly remembered. Each had their own unique personality and quirks.

Molly had a lot to teach her friend Angus. At 10 months old and 110 pounds Angus still thought he was a lap dog. She taught him how to climb stairs which were a mystery to the Irish Wolfhound with his long legs. The funniest site was to see the two of them in the back seat of my Chevy Chevette. Talk about 10 pounds of potatoes in a 5 pound sack.

Plucky was my Appaloosa. Registered name Play Pluck Nehrt. Now you know why we called him Plucky. I'm not sure the name fit, he wasn't particularly brave. Often he acted more like a dog than a horse.

A late Fall trailride in Waywayanda State Park. I think they got our best side in this one.
