WE ARE CATS IN NEED, a non-profit, no-kill, cat rescue and adoption organization in Southern California. We hold adoption shows at PETsMART stores in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and L.A. Counties. Cats In Need is at these locations every weekend with spayed/neutered cats available for adoption. If the adoption doesn't work out for any reason, with no time limit, Cats In Need will take a cat back.

ANIMAL TAKE IN POLICY · PLACEMENT PARTICIPATION PROGRAM
Anyone wishing to place a cat in a good home can take full advantage of CATS IN NEED'S (CIN) expertise and cost saving knowledge. We can refer you to low cost spay/neutering and FeLV testing, plus arrange for a permanent home with life long follow ups.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. Call a CATS IN NEED Representative nearest to you at the number listed below for low cost spay/neuter referrals, or at Petsmart nearest you.

2. Get the cat FeLV tested and spayed/neutered with possible financial assistance from CIN.

3. You Must call CIN to schedule a time to bring the cat for adoption.

4. Bring the cat in for adoption and fill out paper work.

5. Pick up the cat if not adopted & foster it until the next adoption day until the cat can be placed into a permanent program by getting on a "waiting list" for cage space.

6. We can help you place the cat if you participate. Because CIN is a non-kill shelter we are always full and can not take in all cats. CATS IN NEED thanks you for your participation.
