JACK'S PAGE
Sometime in June or July of 2000, I decided to get a dog.
I searched everywhere, and finally came across this cute little puppy at the
humane society in Dodge City, KS.
He had very sad eyes that called out to me and I had to get him.
Actually, there were two puppies at the humane society that were the same.
One was a female and the other one was a male. The female had a waiting list for her...probably to breed her.
The male puppy did not, so I got him. I wanted a male dog anyhow.
I took him home and loved him and named him Jack. Henceforth, this is Jack's Page.
Jack is a Pembroke Welsch Corgi. The breed is used for herding other animals.
Not my dog. He would probably run away from the other animal.
He is spoiled and fat and likes being in the house, but I love him anyway.

FOOTNOTE: Jack was put to rest on October 5, 2006 due to kidney failure.
GOODBYE, PUPPY!
In December, 2003, I decided to have my picture taken with Jack.
Here is the picture that was taken. I have one other picture of the two of us.
Maybe it will be put on here too. I will think about it.
