Originally this giant 19" Bichon came into rescue from Florida, where it seemed he was allergic to everything under the sun. The short coat was a result of his hair not growing well because of his condition. His owners paid to fly him to Kansas City, where he spent a few days getting acclimated and learning to relax. He was adopted by a family in central Missouri, whose vet found and cured the source of his troubles. Kelly is now living the life of Riley in his new home.
