SUPPLEMENTS

Like many other animals, dogs are omnivores and require a proper balance of foods including vegetables, grain and protein sources to satisfy their daily requirements.  Properly balanced puppy food eliminate the need to supplement your puppy's deit with extra vitamins, minerals, or other ingredients because all the essential nutrients are already processed into the food.  In fact to much supplementation can actually upset the nutrient balance and may be harmful to your puppy.  Start your puppy out properly, select a top quality product and don't keep changing the diet or adding food (with the exception of treats).
