Hi there! My name is Gina, and I'm a beautiful, 6 year old, blue and white girl. If you sense a little sadness and worry in my eyes, it's probably because I came into Rescue along with Rosie -- who may be my mother -- after our person passed away. We don't need to be placed together, though, and would be happy to be adopted separately or as a pair. We're just looking for a wonderful forever home(s) to call our own. I'm a little cautious with new people, especially if you try to pick me up. So in the beginning, it would be best if you don't mind letting me come to you when I'm ready. My left front leg was broken once and has a plate in it now, but I don't have any problems with it. I'm very well trained with my crate, and I'm very reliable about going potty when I'm outside. I have had a couple of accidents when I'm loose in the house, but that's mostly because I haven't learned to be comfortable with the door yet. I'm very nervous about the door right now, but my foster mom is helping me work on that. When I'm either outside or inside, I'm just fine! If you think you might be the forever home I've been searching for, please complete an application for adoption -- then, if you are in western Pa., please e-mail it directly to Gloria. She's also my foster mom, and would love to tell you all about me. I can't wait to hear from you! (Not in western Pa.? Please complete the application, then contact your local Rescue rep. Your local rep may have a dog waiting in your area that could be the perfect fit for you -- and if not, he/she is welcome to contact Gloria to let us know about your interest in me!) |
