Kelly
Isn't this a pretty picture? Here's what Kelly's human mommy, Paula, told me about this pretty kitty, "Kelly is 2 years old and was adopted after being abandoned at the Animal Rescue League in Saint John, New Brunswick when she was approximately 7 weeks old. Kelly's favorite activity is chasing flies (beside cuddling with Rodney, my husband) and chasing crinkle balls." (11K)
Missy
This is Missy, a housemate of Kelly's! Again, I'll let Paula tell you all aobut her, "Missy is approximately 3-4 years of age. She came to live with us in November of last year and has been through a lot. Missy's favorite activity besides sleeping is eating. If she was an orange tabby I think I would rename her Garfield. We discovered that her former owners had named her Mooch which really suits her. How many cats out there like to eat McDonald French Fries? Only one that I know of and that is Missy." (21K)
Maxx
This very handsome kitty is now at the Rainbow Bridge awaiting Carey. Here's what Carey told me about Maxx, "He was my best friend in the whole world, we were together for 14 years. I think about him everyday, I miss him soooo much. I can't even think about him without crying. He was simply the best." Carey, we are so sorry for your loss. (23K)
Toonces
Toonces is a housemate of Thom, below. Toonces and Thom are going for the record for 'MOST KITTY TOYS EVER.' Their human, Carey, tells me that they have too many toys to give an accurate count! (You're not spoiling these guys too much are you Carey?) Toonces's favorite human foods are tomatoes, strawberries, and certain types of lettuce! (28K)
Thom
Here is Toonces's (above) housemate. Carey says Toonces and Thom are brothers, they are 3 years old, and they are quite a handful! Thom's favorite human foods are pistachios, red vines, certain lettuces, and strawberry frozen fruit bars! (21K)
Autumn
Here's a cute picture of Autumn, sleeping on top of the computer. It was one of her favorite places to sleep! Autumn (who now lives on in our hearts) grew up and had four kittens of her own - Eenie, Meenie, Minie, and Moe. That's Moe in the next picture! (18K)
Moe
Moe is one of Autumn's kittens. I think you will have to agree he's a real cutie! He looks a lot like his mother, don't you think? (18K)
Rose
This is Rose, Princess's sister. I'll let Rose introduce herself:"Hi, my name is Rose, I was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on January 4th, 1994. I share my house with my sister Princess, my dog Kiko and my four humans, who have always given me all the love and care that I need. I'm tender and sweet with my humans, but I'm very shy with anyone that doesn't live in my house. Whenever any visitors come to my house, I hide myself, so that it is very difficult for a friend of my humans to see me! And I fight a lot with my sister and my dog. As you can see, I'm very big and fat. My veterinarian sad that I must go on a diet, to lose some weight, otherwise I might get health problems! Evelise has just bought some light cat food for me, but I don't know if I'll be able to lose weight. My favorite hobbies: sleeping and eating!" (30K)
Princess
This is Princess, Rose's sister. Here's what Princess has to say:"Hi, I'm Princess, and I was born on January 4th, 1994, too. But I'm quite different from my sister! I'm such a friendly, playful and talkative girl. I love playing with my dog Kiko. He is very funny! I think it's very interesting to look at him and see how he behaves! Dogs are very different from cats, and I think this is very, very curious!!!! My favorite hobby is to hide myself behind the curtains, and jumping on Kiko's back when he passes! It's very funny! I'm very cute, Am I not?" (41K)
Spike
Here's a handsome boy! Here's what his Meowmy, Wendy, told me about him:"I rescued Spike, found him on the sidewalk where someone dumped him when he was 5 weeks old. He was near death, starving, ear mite and flea infested and losing fur. I scooped him up, and walked back home with him, made him a bed in the kitchen to keep him seperate from my other 2 kitties until I could get him to the vet to be tested for feline HIV. He had a good appetite and gained weight right away. I knew he was gonna be alright, and fell in love with him instantly! He checked out o.k. at the vet, and now has 2 loving big sisters with whom he loves to play (and terrorize). My kitties are indoor cats, and were all rescued from the outdoors when just a few weeks old. Spike is the Brad Pitt of kitties...very attractive! Now almost 3 months old! He may be a Siberian, he has huge tufts of fur on his paw peds and is very fuzzy and soft. He gets very loving when he is tired, and loves to chew my hands."
