Decision Making Skills

While attending WVU-P, I have had many opportunities to improve
my decision-making skills.  Most of my classes have required projects or presentations that have helped in this process.

One example of such an activity was preparing a lesson plan for a subject of our choice in my Education 300 class. We were required to include a three-part objective, appropriate West Virginia Standards, modifications, materials, introductions, procedures (both student and teacher), conclusions, and a summary.  We were also to include an evaluation, along with a re-teaching statement.  As a teacher, some of my most important decisions will be concerning lesson plans.  I feel this was a great opportunity to develop my decision-making abilities.
