I have to say, i am so glad i'm getting out of this house... not soon enough, but damn am I glad!

I have before complained about the AC... it decides on really warm days when it wants to work or not. I have had AC techs out here before to check on it, what my landlord would allow me, and the first guy said it was the thermostat and changed it. Well, that obviously didn't solve the problem. Next time they came out, they came out too late as the problem stopped. This was right after Christmas day, as we basically had no AC on christmas eve and day and it was extremely hot for that time of the year. They came out that following tuesday and the problem was gone... undetectable! It's happening again! The weather is getting really really warm and well, the AC just doesnt' want to work correctly! Yesterday, it didn't want to turn on for the later half of the day and it got to 80 degrees in the house, and as it got into the night, it began turning on again and doing its job. Today, from about 1pm or so, it has barely been on! It turns on for about a minute and that's it! It's been all day in the house 85 f****** degrees! And now it's 11pm and this shit is still not on and its only down to 80! I can't call the landlord, as the house is already sold. I have the new owners number, but what is he going to do for me? He is just honoring our contract which is up May 31st. Plus, i don't know if he got some money off of the previous owner for us being here when they want to move in already. So, i think it'd be wrong of me to ask him to pay for someone to come out here and look at it. But i bet give it a few days, and it'll be again like there is absolutely nothing wrong with this AC! I just hope the air will decide to turn on soon, at least to cool the house down to 75.
