Good morning to all! Well, we've had a nice weekend!
Saturday, I went out with the kids to run some errands. Robert earned enough points to get his reward that he was saving up the points for, so he picked out a video game! He's all happy now and now working on getting and saving all his new points for another game! lol
We are still struggling with the ac, and i did finally call the new owner and asked him what i should do since technically he's my new landlord until i leave end of this month. He said to have it fixed and keep the receipt and they'll refund us back when the old owner will give back the security, but we know that he's not going to give us back the security or even the $500 he owes us for the exterminator, so frank said he'd rather put up with it for the 3 more weeks. So we are still very very hot in here, more so during the day. Usually around midnight to 1am, it starts to kick in and we wake up to 70-75 degrees in the house, which is really nice in comparison to sitting the rest of the day with the house being 85 degrees!
Yesterday (Sunday), we went to Key Biscayne because Frank's job was having a picnic type event. It was right by the beach and we had a blast! Robert went into the bounce house which he just loves, the kids ate, which is always good, and then we all went into the water. Now, we've never actually been here and to this beach area, so we loved it! The water was really shallow and no waves so even the kids were like 100-200 feet out in the water up to their wastes! And it was just sooooo warm! It felt sooo good! Even Kyle got to go into the water and splashed around some! He fell asleep and while frank stayed in the water with Robert and Amber, i let Kyle sleep on the towel. Amber played some in the sand and she loved it and then I just got the kids cleaned up and changed and we went home. I gave t hem all baths since we all were in the water. It started to storm and pour really bad, so the kids were scared, but they got used to it when it somewhat calmed down. It was a fun day!
Today, we are going to pick up Kyle's pictures from JCPenny and i think frank wanted to go somewhere but i can't remember where. And then off to school. Today, we have review as wed. and Thursday we'll be having our finals for this module.
