OMG.... the kids are sleeping!
Well, Robert has been a bit rotten today that i was just trying to stay calm. In addition to having a migrane that would no go away, he just would not listen to me at all and whined all day long! Well, while i'm cleaning up after dinner, he proceeds to take a plastic bowl from the kitchen and starts putting his feet into it. I asked him to stop since we use that to cook and whatnot. So he moves so where i can't see and continues to do the same thing! So of course, i go to check on him and he's doing it again and to top it off, I see him push Amber down, where she almost knocked her head on the tile floor! That was the final draw and he got a smack on the booty and his punishment was to stay in his room all alone for the rest of the night. Suprisingly he didn't fight me, and well, i got a chance to finish cleaning up and Amber was good. I go in to check on him and he's sleeping! So perfect.... after such a long day with him being mean to us all in the house, he finally passed out tired! So it's 9pm and Frank and I are just relaxing and enjoying the evening in peace and quiet... how nice is that!
Oh yeah, one more thing that Robert did that got me mad. I always tell him that it's his responsibility to put his video games away when he's not playing anymore. That means, take it out of the game cube and put it back in its box because Amber takes the game out and does so much with them that they get scratched up. So it's his responsibility to make sure that he puts them back so she can't ruin them. Well, he chose not to do this today, and my dear Amber took out the new Narnia game that MIL got for him 2 weeks ago (yes, only 2 weeks ago) that costs $40, and she put it into the VCR. Of course it was hell to get it out and it got scratched up and now it doesnt' work.... $40 down the drain! We told him that if he doesn't keep to his responsibilites, which this is one of his biggest ones due to the money issue of the games, he will not get any more games and he will not gte the two games that we promised him for Christmas.
Oh well, at least i get to relax now.
