RAINBOW BRIDGE
PISSANO'S TOPGUN "MAVERICK"
MAVERICK CD CGC
October 17 1989 - June 10, 2003
Maverick is the reason I fell in love with this breed. I purchased Maverick 13 years ago for $50 from a backyard breeder. To this day that was the best $50 I have ever spent. Mav is an incredible dog with a remarkable temperament. He was the smartest dog I have ever owned with an extreme will to please. He picks up on everything quickly. He goes to work with me everyday and greets everyone like they came to see him. He has changed hundreds of peoples minds who believe this is an evil breed. Maverick is a registered Pets On Wheels Dog, won his CD title in obedience in a three day show with scores never lower then a 196, and got his CGC title shortly there after.

PISSANO'S MY NAME IS? "MUDD"
MUDD CGC
September 10, 1995 to December 18, 2001
Mommy and Daddy miss you so much! We hope you will be waiting for us keeping our spot in heavens bed warm!
MUDD was our resident squirrel hunting, tree climbing, rock tossing, yodeling Pit Bull Terrier. MUDD was a rescue dog that I fell in love with and adopted him into our family at 7 months of age. He was an awesome dog and the true example of stength, endurance, high drive and total focus on whatever you ask him to do. He was extremely easy to train in obedience and earned his CGC quickly. He loved everyone and gave kisses galore. He was awesome at frisbee, agility, swimming, and any task you put before him. MUDD was one of those dogs that touched everyone he met. I have a list of people that wanted him willed to them.

RET. AKC CH. TANTERRAS MIDNIGHT FLYER OF MTNVW "BUTCH"
BUTCH came to us in 2000 through my rescue organization. He was a retired champion of the AKC confirmation show ring. He was 7 years old at the time and was scheduled to be euthanized by his co-breeder, Wendy Midgette. She had decided he was of no use to her anymore and she was switching breeds. We contacted his breeder, Oakey Smith, and were told that we had destroyed him when he neutered him. His breeder said he was of no use to him if he couldn't breed him. We took him in as a rescue and he has been with us on and off until this past year. Now he will stay with us now forever. It is a shame how someone can bring a life into this world and then disgard it so easily. Through my 13 years of breed rescue, I have seen a lot, but to come across a dog like this was pure luck. Butch has been a wonderful dog, despite a few behavior problems. He has become very much a part of our family and we feel like we have had him forever.
