( Marilyn's Mother gave each of her children only one name & told them when they were older that if they would like a second name they could choose their own. When Marilyn was very young she saw & smelt the wonderful frangipani for the first time & decided then & there that when she grew up she was going to have Frangipani as her second name. It was a family & close friend joke.)
